CGP aims to be an exemplary corporate citizen and to contribute to making the world more transparent. We place considerable importance upon honesty and clarity and are committed to building strong, lasting relationships with our customers, based on trust and mutual benefit. In accordance with this philosophy, we see the protection of your personal data as essential and we wish, through this data protection policy, to inform you of the ways in which we collect and process this data.

Unless express consent is not required by the law of your country in respect of personal data protection, by using these Media (as defined below), you consent to (i) our collection and use of your personal data in the ways described in this Policy and (ii) to the transfer of your data to countries other than your own (including to countries located outside the European Union).

WHAT DOES THIS DATA PROTECTION POLICY APPLY TO?

This Data Protection Policy applies to all of the group's websites, applications, integrated management systems, as well as any other online presence belonging to a company of the CGP Group, wherever personal data is collected (the "Media"). As such, this Policy is not applicable to third party websites, including those which may be mentioned on our Media by way of a hyperlink.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU?

With your prior consent, when you use our Media we may collect and process some or all of the following data:

Data that you provide when filling out forms, when loading content online, when signing up to online services (e.g. social network pages and applications) or when writing to us:

DO WE COLLECT YOUR IP ADDRESS OR YOUR COOKIES?

We may collect your IP address and the type of browser for the purposes of system administration and/or compiling statistics, without thereby collecting any other personal information.

In some circumstances, we may also use cookies, which are small text files downloaded to your device when you access our Media. We mainly use cookies to recognize you when you return to our Media and to show you content matching your interests.

Internet browser default settings are usually set to allow cookies, but you can easily change that by changing your browser's settings. However, please note that if you decide to deactivate cookies, certain parts of our Media may not be accessible.

How do we use your personal data?

Finally, you may ask us to erase all personal data that we hold about you. However, please note that we may keep a trace amount of your data for archiving (especially where the law requires us to).

Will we share your personal data?

Subject to the provisions of this Data Protection Policy and to our having obtained your prior consent, we may share your personal data with employees of the CGP Group or with our service providers (for example, web agencies who manage certain online activities on our behalf) and/or commercial partners for the aforementioned purposes, and only to the extent necessary to carry out the tasks entrusted to them. These individuals may need to contact you directly using the contact details you shared with us.

Please note that we demand strict compliance on the part of our service providers with our instructions to use your personal data only to carry out the services that we ask of them. We also demand of our providers that they act at all times in accordance with applicable law in relation to personal data protection and to pay particular attention to the confidentiality of this data.

Where do we store your personal data?

Your personal data is stored either in our databases or in those of our service providers.

In some circumstances, mainly for technical reasons, these databases may be stored on servers located outside of the country from which you initially entered the data (including outside of the European Union).

DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA?

Due in large part to the international presence of the CGP Group and in order to maximise service quality, the sharing of information as set out above may involve transferring personal data outside of your country and/or into countries outside of the European Economic Area, where personal data protection law may differ from that within the European Union.

In such instances, rigorous and appropriate precautions, including physical, organisational, procedural, technical and staff-related precautions, are in place to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data.

Our aim is always to keep your personal data as safely and securely as possible, and only for the length of time necessary to accomplish the purposes for which it is processed. With this in mind, we take appropriate physical, technical and organisational precautions to prevent so far as possible any tampering, unauthorised access or loss of your data.

On our e-commerce Media, we manage your payment information using methods in accordance with industry norms.
